Meet Our Pastors

Pastor Robert “Bob” Dancz and his wife Mindy are lifelong natives of Muskegon, Michigan, and bring compassion, authenticity, and faith-filled leadership to Trinity Assembly of God. Pastor Bob studied at Zion Bible College and has served in various ministry roles, including Executive Director of the Teen Challenge Adult Men’s Center. His powerful testimony of being set free from addiction fuels his passion to help others discover the same freedom through Jesus Christ.

Mindy serves as our Women’s Ministry Director and is also a valued member of our worship team. She has a heart to encourage and empower women to grow spiritually and walk in their God-given identity. 

Together, Pastor Bob and Mindy are dedicated to helping people encounter God, grow in their faith, and live in the fullness of His freedom.
